This success began with our first branch on D. Jabbarly Street. The branch consisted of only five rooms, including a laboratory, gynecological and andrological departments, and a blood collection room. After five years of operation, there arose a need for a larger center to expand and improve our services.

In 2008, we opened our second branch at 93 M. Gashgay Street. This allowed our laboratory to grow, with an increased number of laboratory tests conducted. Shortly after, "Saglam Aile" Medical Center received an ISO 9001:2008 international quality standard certificate.

One of our main objectives is to utilize the most advanced and cutting-edge technologies in our operations. In line with this goal, we strive to expand our services and contribute to the development of the medical sector through our vision, strategies, and values. Based on this strategy and recognizing the need for laboratory and outpatient services, the "Saglam Aile" Polyclinic was established in 2010.

Through nine years of serving the residents of Baku, we have gained significant trust from our citizens. On May 15, 2012, International Day of Families, at the request of Sumgayit residents, we opened a new branch in Sumgayit.

Another milestone in 2012 was the signing of a partnership agreement between the State Agency for Public Service and Social Innovations under the President of Azerbaijan (ASAN XİDMƏT) and our center. Under this agreement, the medical team of "Saglam Aile" has been providing medical services to citizens at ASAN XİDMƏT centers No. 1, 2, and 4 in Baku and Ganja for many years. These services include medical certificates for obtaining ID cards for citizens under 16 (blood group identification), height measurement, eye color determination, and basic medical care, provided by the medical professionals of "Saglam Aile."

In April 2014, under the "Saglam Aile" brand, the "Modern Diagnostic Clinic" began operations via franchise at 128 Rashid Behbudov Street. The clinic operates based on a reliable and proven system.

On November 9, 2014, our Central Branch opened in the Narimanov district. Equipped with state-of-the-art technology and based on practices from developed countries, our laboratory expanded further. All factors affecting quality are considered, and testing is conducted at all stages in accordance with international standards and protocols. This culminated in the successful accreditation of our laboratory in 2014 and the receipt of the ISO 15189:2012 standard, ensuring that "Saglam Aile" Medical Center's laboratory results are now accepted in Europe.

On March 16, 2017, another branch of "Saglam Aile" Medical Center opened in the Absheron district. The "Khirdalan" branch, located in the AAAF Park Residential Complex, was renovated with a modern design to provide more convenient services for patients, offering a wide range of outpatient and laboratory services.

On June 21, 2018, "Saglam Aile" Medical Center expanded its network to better serve its patients, opening a new branch near the 3rd microdistrict of the Nasimi district in Baku. The clinic at 156 Asif Mammadov Street, operating under the "Ultralab" brand, conducts all laboratory and outpatient examinations.

Over 17 years of serving the population of Baku, we have earned the trust of our patients. Considering the large number of our patients from Ganja and their numerous requests, we opened our new branch in Ganja in 2019.

The branch provides both laboratory and outpatient services. Our "Ganja Ultralab" branch, equipped with state-of-the-art technological equipment, considers all factors that can positively impact quality. Inspections are conducted at all stages in strict compliance with international standards, procedures, and guidelines.

Another important step we have taken to educate the public is the publication of books. Examples include our books "Clinical Aspects of Bacterial Dermatoses,""Medical Genetics,""Blood Donation,""Forensic Medicine,""First Aid," and others.
