Treatment
Once the cause of painful ejaculation is identified, treatment may include:

  • Pain relievers, including targeted analgesics

  • Sedatives to manage discomfort and anxiety

Maintaining regular sexual activity is beneficial and helps avoid stagnation in the reproductive system. Other recommendations include:

  • Following a balanced diet

  • Limiting chocolate, caffeine, alcohol, and carbonated drinks

  • Maintaining a healthy body weight, as excess fat may compress the urinary tract and worsen symptoms
