Following a recertification audit conducted at our centers by “Bureau Veritas Azeri” LLC, we are proud to announce that Sağlam Ailə Medical Center has been awarded the ISO 10002:2018 certificate for compliance with international standards.
This achievement highlights the level of excellence we maintain in managing patient relations and service quality.
The ISO (International Organization for Standardization) is a global federation of national standardization bodies. To date, the organization has developed thousands of standards covering management, technology, business, products, services, and best practices.
Throughout our 17 years of operation, we have prioritized patient satisfaction and consistently strived to deliver high-quality medical services. We believe that beyond professional service, a caring attitude and positive patient experience are equally important.
We are also aware that where there is growth and active service delivery, occasional shortcomings may arise. To address and minimize such issues, we regularly conduct staff training and aim to attract skilled professionals to our team.
We firmly believe that the quality of service we provide directly impacts both patient satisfaction and the reputation of our center.
To better measure patient satisfaction, we have significantly expanded our online response platforms. Patients can now share feedback and suggestions not only at our centers, but also through the Satisfaction Forms available on our official website: www.saglamaile.az, as well as via our Call Center at (012) 910 and official social media pages.
Every piece of feedback is carefully reviewed by our Quality Control Department, and necessary actions are taken based on the results of these assessments.
