General Instructions:
Samples must be collected before starting antibacterial, antiseptic or antifungal treatment, or 2 weeks after completing it.
All specimens should be collected under sterile conditions and placed in a transport medium or dry sterile container, depending on the test.
Swabs for Culture (Urogenital, Nasopharyngeal, Oral Mucosa, Wound, etc.):
After sample collection, the swab should be placed into a transport medium.
Until processing, the sample must be kept at room temperature.
Oropharyngeal (Throat) Swab:
Patient must arrive strictly on an empty stomach – no food, no liquids, no tooth brushing.
Dysbacteriosis / Stool Culture:
Samples must be collected in a sterile container only.
Unacceptable containers include diapers, matchboxes, or any non-sterile items.
The sample must be delivered to the clinic within 1 hour after collection.
Samples Will Not Be Accepted If:
The biomaterial is frozen
Too much time has passed since collection
The container is not tightly sealed
