Since 2014, the Consumer Rights Protection Department of the Sağlam Ailə Medical Center has been safeguarding the rights of patients. The department promptly analyzes citizen suggestions, requests, and complaints, keeping applicants informed about the outcomes of their cases.
One of the key measures implemented in this regard is the archiving of laboratory samples for 1-3-6 months, depending on the type of laboratory test.
