• In case of loss or damage, a new card can only be issued to the original purchaser upon request at the Narimanov branch of the Saglam Ailə Medical Center.
• The gift card is valid only at the Narimanov branch of the Saglam Ailə Medical Center.
• The card can be transferred as a gift from one person to another.
