Payment Policy

The "Amount for the selected service" can only be paid via bank cards.

Once you enter the information required to make a payment, if the details on the screen match the data you entered, click the "Pay" button, and you will be redirected to the payment page. In the payment section, you must enter the specified bank card details. The funds will be debited from your debit/credit card after the necessary card information is filled in. If you experience any issues with the payment, the cardholder is advised to contact the bank. If you have any problems with the website, please call the Call Center of the "Saglam Aila" Medical Center at (012) 910 and report the issue.

Refund Policy

Services purchased via online payment on the website www.saglamaile.az can be exchanged for another service or refunded within 14 working days, excluding the day of payment. The procedure is carried out under the following conditions:

Refund and exchange terms are governed by the Law of the Republic of Azerbaijan "On Consumer Protection."

A request is sent to the bank where the consumer holds an account for the payment refund. The payment will typically be refunded by the bank to the customer's card within 5 (five) working days.

Confidentiality and Security

All patient information is strictly confidential and, under no circumstances, is shared with third parties. The data of your credit or debit card used for payment is not stored under any circumstances and is immediately deleted.
