In accordance with the Memorandum of Understanding signed on December 1, 2013, between "Saglam Ailə" Medical Center and the "Ireli" Public Union, the "103 Training Center" project was established.
As part of the project, doctors from "Saglam Ailə" Medical Center conducted seminars and practical training sessions once a week for six weeks for members of the "Medical Club" of the "Ireli" Public Union.
Training Topics
During the training sessions, participants received detailed information and hands-on experience on topics such as:
- Chest compressions (indirect heart massage)
- Artificial respiration
- Burns and wound care
- Bleeding control
- Fractures and immobilization
- Hypothermia and frostbite
- Fever management
- Poisoning and first aid
- Drowning rescue techniques
- And other critical emergency situations.
Project Objectives
The primary goal of the "103 Training Center" is to:
- Educate participants on medical aid principles
- Teach and demonstrate first aid techniques in extreme situations that anyone may encounter
- Equip young people with essential medical knowledge relevant to today's healthcare needs
At the end of the project, an official closing ceremony was held, during which "Saglam Ailə" Medical Center awarded certificates and gifts to approximately 30 participants.
