In 2012, under the State Agency for Public Service and Social Innovations under the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan, Saglam Ailə Medical Center was selected as the medical institution providing functional services at ASAN Service Centers.
Until the present year, Saglam Ailə Medical Center doctors have been responsible for:
- Issuing medical certificates for blood type determination required for obtaining an identity card for citizens under 16 years old at ASAN Service Centers No. 1, 2, 4 in Baku and in Ganja
- Issuing medical certificates for citizens over 16 years old, including height measurement, eye color determination, and blood type classification
- Providing first aid services at the centers
In recognition of their 10 years of dedicated service, the management of Saglam Ailə Medical Center awarded certificates of appreciation to medical personnel who have professionally served at ASAN Service Centers throughout this period
