On November 30, 2023, Saglam Ailə Medical Center conducted a First Aid Training session for coaches and instructors of Sabah Football Academy and Vyatan Football School.
Purpose of the Training
The main objective was to train coaches and instructors on:
- Psychological preparedness in case of accidents
- Correct behavior in emergency situations
- Practical first aid techniques
Key Training Topics
The session was led by Etibar Suleymanov, a therapist at Saglam Ailə Medical Center, and covered both theoretical and practical aspects of first aid, including:
- Managing low and high body temperatures
- Applying pressure bandages for heavy bleeding
- Performing artificial respiration and CPR
- Wound dressing techniques
- Transporting an injured person to the nearest medical facility
The training concluded with a Q&A session, where the doctor answered coaches’ and instructors’ questions regarding first aid practices in sports-related injuries.
